WE DELIVER NEW ZEALAND WIDE ONLY
-All orders in sturdy discreet packaging.
-Fast delivery is a priority.
-Will be delivered via courier, we can provide a track and trace number.
-Products will be sent as soon as funds show.
RETURNS
-New Zealand Health Regulations do not permit the return of intimate apparel and products
-Lingerie is an exception if it needs to be resized, providing it hasn’t been worn
-Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottoms or outfit that has a panty bottom.
-If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- If goods are faulty/defective Sinderellas have a 30 day manufacturers Warranty. A replacement will be issues if a fault is found.
-Under New Zealand legislation Sinderellas will not provide cash refunds if you change your mind.
-A credit note will be issued if the item cannot be replaced. |
